Copper Ore Ball Mill

Copper Ore Ball Mil a key mining equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, chrome,etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. Working Principle Description - Copper Mineral Dressing Ball Mill

During fine grinding process of copper ball mill, it breaks ore mainly by grinding, it rarely produce strong impact resistance, the strength is slightly lower to the coarse grinding materials. The wear intention in fine grinding process is larger, so it requires wear- resistant materials as grinding materials in fine grinding. Wet ball mill has to consider the rational matching of resistance and hardness in the production and choice. Besides, the size of materials is also important factor to affect the choice of the materials.

Application Area

This series of Ball Mill is widely used in copper, iron ore, zinc, gold and other metal or no-metal mineral dressing industry. It can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. They are widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as slags, construction materials, marble, etc. The pressure resistance strength is under 200Mpa, suitable for primary crush.
